Enlighten Salon – Cancellation & No-Show Policy Dallas, Texas We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to our providers and clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments at Enlighten Salon. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is [50% of the scheduled service / full service amount] (choose one and keep it consistent). No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits (If Applicable) Any deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the service if the appointment is kept. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made by calling or texting the salon, or through our online booking system. Voicemails, emails, or messages sent outside business hours do not waive the 24-hour requirement. Acknowledgement By booking an appointment with Enlighten Salon, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
